Perfect location, beautiful staff, all round excellent experience! Location next to centre of Richmond, pub and market place. Downstairs bar was great!

I had great days staying at this lovely central hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, appetising food served for breakfast. I enjoyed the absolutely perfect location, within 27 minutes ride to Durham Tees Valley airport. The bed was very quiet and the room was warm. The downstairs bar was superb and the drinks were strong.

Informative staff, MAGNIFICENT restaurant & friendly service. Perfect breakfast, with plenty of food. Central location, within walking distance of Millgate House Garden.

Everything was really good and we had good time. And it also had splendid view. Fab location, close to green howards museum. Staff was accommodating, and the service was exceptional.

Food is nice at this property and staff is lovely. We went to Rustique Restaurant, located minutes away from, to have some dinner. Bed was comfy, like a cloud...

If you are going to visit richmond castle, you can stay here. It is near the airport. 500 metres away from the hotel there is Sip Coffee, which is a good dining choice.

rustique, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. we greatly enjoyed staying at turf. a nice place for exploring richmond.
